Come meet a true living tattoo legend!

Bowery Stan is the last man standing from the days of the Bowery.
Little did he know at the time of his hey day that he and his Ball-Peen hammer
clinched in hand would become Legend. Used as his weapon of choice for protection
on Skid Row, his hammer is synonymous with his name.
At 77 years old, Bowery Stan is still bullish and rough around the edges.
Yet, his words are covered in honey when he talks about his days on the Bowery.
It is only a dream now, whatever images are left in his mind are what we will get to experience. He is eager to share stories from Skid Row. He was there from the beginning, after all, and Stan wants the world to know the made-for-the-movies characters who kick started the tattoo business.
Most importantly, he wants to share the story of how tattoo ink really came to be.
Bowery Stan will be Tattooing LIVE at 2011 TATTOOFEST!

Zeke Owen started tattooing in Los Angeles, California around 1958. Since then, he has tattooed from every port of call in the world, traveling across America with a sterilizer strapped to the back of his Harley. After some time slinging ink in Guam, the young Zeke met up with Sailor Jerry on Hotel Street in the late 60's. Zeke is currently tattooing at Rikki Bailey's Garage Art Studio.

Doc Dog started tattooing in 1961. He established San Fernando Valley's first tattoo shop in 1972. But that was just the beginning, the proverbial tip of the ice burg, his next accomplishment, doing the un thought-of, helping to establishing the first set of health laws and regulations governing tattooing for the state of Nv. Doc Dog opened the very first tattoo shop ever in Sin City itself, Las Vegas Nevada back in 1977 (hence why his shop is still called, Las Vegas Tattoo Co.) You can visit Doc and his crew in Ybor City FL and or check them out on www.fb.com/lasvegastattooco.
